Max Davis is an award winning, highly sought after writer for TV, radio and live comedy.
His credits include Trying (Apple TV), Comic Relief, The Big Night In (BBC 1), Horrible Histories (BAFTA winner Best Children’s Comedy) Mock The Week, Frankie Boyle’s New World Order (BBC 2) Roast Battle (Comedy Central) and his original TV movie Christmas Jumpers (Sky Atlantic)
He was also one of the main writers on BBC 2’s BAFTA nominated news satire The Mash Report. “The British Daily Show” Guardian.
Max has written for national tours, TV and Radio appearances by some of the biggest comedians in the UK including Romesh Ranganathan, Lenny Henry, Desiree Burch, Al Murray, Nish Kumar, Alex Edelman, Angela Barnes and Ivo Graham.
He has received BBC Audio Drama Award nominations for his BBC Radio 2 sitcom Parental Guidance and as head writer on The Lenny Henry Show (BBC Radio 4)
He has also been on the writing team for winners of the Rose D’or, The Scottish Comedy Award and The BBC Audio Drama Award.
