Recent television and film work includes EASTENDERS, TED LASSO, THE NEVERS, BBC2’s THE WITCHFINDER, BBC1’s BEYOND PARADISE and LAST ONE LAUGHING for Amazon Prime Video.

Ros was co-producer – with Hollie Ebdon – of The Comedy Project at Soho Theatre, which she founded and in which she has appeared many times including in her own work: CONCENTRIC ORBITS, DAFFODIL GOES PLASTIC, BARNSTORMERS and JUDGMENT DAY, the last two of which were picked up by Talkback.

She has written two one-woman multi-charactered plays: LOL – set in the world of internet dating (“This show is bliss” Libby Purves) and JUBILATE! – about a smug vicar’s wife who invades the lives of her husband’s parishioners (Times Critics’ Choice Pleasance Edinburgh: “I’m so glad I came – I was so impressed” Barry Humphries).

Ros was in the first cast of Denise Deegan’s award-winning DAISY PULLS IT OFF in the West End and has worked at repertory theatres all over the country (including JUST BETWEEN OURSELVES at Royal Theatre Northampton and INTIMATE EXCHANGES at Leeds). She appeared in the 2013 run at Park Theatre of her own two-hander SYMPATHY PAINS and her new play HOLY FOOL (co-written with Lea Sellers) has been greenlit for a run in 2026 after a packed-out rehearsed reading last year directed by Kate Fahy.
She was in the extravaganza that is OFFICE PARTY (Christopher Green – now Kit Green - and Ursula Martinez) at Pleasance London. Ros co- produced, co-wrote (with Pippa Evans and Ian Dagger) and performed in a showcase of six short plays inspired by fairy tales: THREE WRITERS WALK INTO A FOREST…at Theatre503. She was in Lenny Abrahamson’s film FRANK with Michael Fassbender.
